  • Bartender hourly rate: $15. Security guard hourly rate: $40.
  • All parties of 100 attendants or less where alcohol is served must have a security officer present and 2 security officers for anything over 100 attendants.
  • No outside alcohol is allowed anywhere in the facilities. If anyone in the party brings in outside alcohol the event will be shut down and the full cost of the rental will be forfeited.
  • All trash, food, oil, grease, etc. must be properly disposed of - mandatory $300 cleaning fee.
  • The Security Deposit of $300.00 is to confirm your reservation. If the reservation is cancelled within 10 days of the event, your deposit is forfeited.
  • Additional charges will be made if there is damage to the hall and/or equipment. The deposit will be kept if there is damage to the hall and/or equipment. If the party has not left by the agreed-on time or disrespects the Staff the deposit is forfeited.
  • Inspections are conducted after each event. Renters are encouraged to take photos or videos prior to your event.
  • Maximum capacity of the hall is 180 with 115 parking spaces.
Note: Set-up of the Hall will be worked out by the Management.
